If you are overweight your heart must work harder to pump blood to all those extra
fat cells, to do this it will need more oxygen. As a result, many people with extra
body fat are short of breath. By controlling our weight, you can also help lower
your blood pressure and cholesterol.
Being overweight is usually caused by eating
more food than your body can use. The extra Calories are then stored as body fat.
Your goal should be to maintain a reasonable weight and make healthy eating choices.
•Take in smaller portions and skip second helpings.

high fat foods with healthy foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables.
