Dr. Chris Grevengood was born in Dearborn, Michigan in 1953. He completed his Bachelors of Science degree at Wayne State University in 1979, as well as his Masters of Science in 1982. In 1987, Dr. Grevengood received his Doctor of Medicine from the Wayne State University School of Medicine. His OB/GYN residency was completed at the Hutzel Women's Hospital, also located at Wayne State University, in 1991. Dr. Grevengood completed his Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Reproductive Genetics) at the University of Tennessee-Memphis, in 1993.
After a short stint as an Instructor in the Division of Reproductive Genetics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee-Memphis from 93-94, Dr. Grevengood moved on to a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of Miami School of Medicine, where he was also the Director of the Prenatal Diagnostic Center at Deering Hospital from 1994-98. Dr. Grevengood has spent the last 20 years practicing in Naples, Florida as an OB/GYN, and will now work with us here in Jacksonville providing GP and GYN services.
