Julie Formoso-Onofrio, M.D.

Julie Formoso-Onofrio, M.D. is a board-certified internist with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. She has a plethora of experience in the areas of academia, ambulatory care, primary care, and palliative medicine. She received her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Este, Dominican Republic (1980). She is an American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow.
Dr. Formoso-Onofrio is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish and will be seeing patients in our offices in Alachua County. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
