Kathy Bass APRN

Kathy Bass, APRN is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Acute Care Gerontology. With a Master of Science in Nursing and over two decades of healthcare experience, she excels in patient care, electronic health record management, and ensuring compliance with treatment plans. Kathy’s expertise spans a wide range of medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and complex geriatric conditions.

Her career highlights include working as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner managing diverse patient needs through consultations, treatments, and telemedicine. She has also served as a hospitalist at Lake City Medical Center and as an APRN at North Florida Urology Associates, gaining extensive experience in urological and chronic care management.

Kathy has contributed to education as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Florida Gateway College, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals through innovative teaching strategies. She holds certifications in Adult-Gerontology and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She will be seeing patients at our offices in Interlachen and Starke, FL.
