Kia Young is a dedicated and highly Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, poised to make a significant impact in healthcare. With a strong foundation in nursing, Kia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida A&M University in 2017 and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of North Florida in May 2024.

Her professional journey includes a wealth of experience across diverse healthcare settings. Kia’s clinical expertise includes cardiology, primary care, gastroenterology, pediatrics, endocrinology, and urgent care. She excels in evidence-based care, patient education, and interprofessional collaboration, showcasing advanced diagnostic and clinical judgment skills. A strong advocate for preventive health, she emphasizes lifestyle modifications and patient-centric care.

Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing, Kia brings empathy, technical expertise, and a passion for enhancing patient outcomes to every role she undertakes. She will be seeing patients at our Orange City office in Volusia County.
