Linda M. Soliz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Linda M. Soliz is a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and will be seeing patients at our East Palatka office in Putnam County. Linda completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of West Florida in August 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Daytona State College and has advanced certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Her extensive clinical and practicum experience spans adult and women’s health care. Linda has also provided comprehensive management of conditions such as hypertension, COPD, and diabetes. She demonstrates a commitment to holistic patient education, medication management, and preventive care strategies.

Linda’s professional background includes roles as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Certified Nursing Assistant in settings ranging from home health and long-term care to acute medical-surgical units. Known for her organizational skills, clinical knowledge, and empathy, she is dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative healthcare environment.
