Dr. Shardul Koppar, DO, is a compassionate internal medicine physician specializing in regenerative therapy, post-acute care, and rehabilitation. He sees patients at Island Doctors’ Panama City office in Bay County, Florida.

Dr. Koppar earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. He also holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Management Economics. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, he has led medical teams as a Medical Director and Lead Physician across multiple healthcare facilities in New York.

He brings extensive experience in long-term care, interventional pain management, and regenerative treatments. Dr. Koppar offers advanced therapies, including stem cell injections and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy. He also has specialized training in digital motion X-ray imaging.

Beyond clinical care, Dr. Koppar has taught anatomy and biology and contributed to research in antibiotic resistance and stem cell applications for tooth regeneration. He has also volunteered with Alzheimer’s patient care and biomedical research projects.
