Jonathan Mahan is one of our skilled MA’s serving patients in North Palm Coast.  He has only been with us for a short time, but in that short time he has become family. He said what he appreciates most about working at Island Doctors is, “Island Doctors is a group of people that I get to work with every day who have become close friends and family.”

He truly enjoys what he does and loves talking to the patients.  He’s one of those people that can be found smiling all the time and takes pleasure in making others happy.  His favorite thing about working with patients is, “When I sit down and have conversations with patients who are going through tough times and trying to make them smile and laugh.”  He also has a passion for patient health and recommends to patients, “Never wait to come in.  We are always here to see you.  And keep that LDL under 70!”

When he’s not at work he enjoys spending time with friends, fishing, jet skiing and anything on the water.  Another fun fact, he speaks Spanish!  He is such a pleasure to work with and we are grateful to have him on our team.
