An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

FREE low/no impact fitness classes

Scalable for all seniors regardless of fitness level or age

This class is taught by John Fitzgerald, the top personal trainer for Senior Fitness in the area. The class is designed to improve strength, cardiovascular function, and balance.

Concerned you are too “out of shape” too participate? Do you feel that you are too old to start exercising? Nonsense! Whether you run to class or rely on the assistance of a walker our instructor and his assistant will make sure you get the great workout that meets you at your current state of health every time!
