Turkey and Cheese Lettuce Wrap

 

Looking for a quick, no hassle lunch idea?  Using lettuce to replace bread and wraps is such an easy switch for a healthier option.  It greatly reduces calories and carbs and it still taste’s great.  You can use whatever greens you would like but we have found that iceberg lettuce holds up the best for a wrap.  Just add your preferred meat; rotisserie chicken, turkey, and shrimp are all great light options.  Then add low fat cheese like provolone, swiss, or mozzarella.  Finally, top with some fresh sliced veggies.  We also added some stone-ground mustard. Most mustard base condiments are great but avoid sugary ones such as honey mustards.  Enjoy!
