Leslie Colombani, M.D.

Leslie Colombani, M. D. is a highly experienced physician with over 28 years of expertise in general medicine, specializing in emergency medicine, preventive care, and family medicine. Dr. Columbani has held various leadership roles, including serving as the Medical Director at Hamilton Clinic, Centurion, and Chief of Health at the Department of Corrections in Hamilton, CI.

Dr. Columbani earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, Mexico, and possesses strong bilingual and computer skills. Known for his compassionate patient care, Dr. Colombani will be seeing patients at our Central Palatka office (Putnam County).
