Dr. Sabine Irene McReynolds is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over two decades of diverse medical experience. Her academic journey started in Gainesville, Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida. She then attained a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami, where she completed her residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. McReynolds began her medical career with an internship in internal medicine at the University of Virginia (Roanoke).

Dr. McReynolds' professional experience is extensive, including positions with the Indian Health Services at Spider Rock and Fort Defiance Indian Hospital, and a role on FEMA's Rapid Response Team in Marietta, GA. She has also held significant roles in veteran care, serving at the VAMC in Gainesville, FL for a decade, and as Medical Director at Ayers Health and Rehab Center in Trenton, FL. Early in her career, she ran a solo practice in Palatka, FL, and served in various capacities at medical centers across Florida.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. McReynolds has been involved in medical education, including teaching at Shands Teaching Hospital, and has served on several medical committees. She will be seeing patients at our Hawthorne office in Alachua County. At her leisure, Dr. McReynolds enjoys reading and spending time with family.
