Rosalie Wilson is a board-certified Adult and Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years of healthcare experience, including extensive service in hospice, palliative care, and chronic disease management. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that supports wellness, comfort, and dignity at every stage of life.

Rosalie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University. She began her nursing career after completing her diploma in nursing at the Bryn Mawr Hospital School of Nursing in 1983. Over the decades, she has built a reputation as a skilled clinician and effective leader across a wide range of care environments.

Prior to joining Island Doctors, Rosalie served in multiple advanced roles in hospice and palliative care throughout Florida, including as a hospice house manager overseeing multidisciplinary teams and as an in-home care provider delivering symptom control and pain management for patients with complex needs. She also brings valuable experience in obstetrics, pediatrics, and inpatient care from earlier in her career.

A member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Rosalie remains deeply committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each patient's needs.
