Tausha C. McClain, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-C

Tausha McClain is a compassionate and highly skilled Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of experience in healthcare. Her clinical background spans hospital, post-acute, psychiatric, and long-term care environments, where she has provided expert nursing care, led interdisciplinary teams, and guided patients through chronic disease management and recovery.

Tausha earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and is board-certified as an AGPCNP-C. She also holds a Bachelor and Associate of Science in Nursing, both from institutions in Jacksonville, Florida.

Known for her attention to detail, strong patient advocacy, and holistic approach to care, Tausha is dedicated to improving outcomes through evidence-based, patient-centered treatment. She is passionate about educating her patients and helping them take charge of their health.

She is currently seeing patients at our Cassat Avenue and Palencia locations.
