Colby Lane Eisenbach, MD

Dr. Colby Eisenbach is an internal medicine physician who provides comprehensive adult primary care with a focus on prevention, clear communication, and long-term health planning. He cares for patients with chronic and complex conditions and is experienced in both clinic and hospital settings.

Dr. Eisenbach earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed internal medicine training in accredited residency programs before practicing as a hospitalist and outpatient internist. His recent roles include caring for one of Florida’s largest retirement communities and serving rural hospitals, giving him a broad perspective on seniors’ health, acute care, and care transitions.

He has published in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, reflecting his commitment to scholarship and high standards of care. His clinical interests include hypertension, diabetes, heart and lung disease, medication management, and preventive screenings.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Eisenbach enjoys playing and composing music on guitar, reading and writing, and spending time with his family and faith community.
