Dr. Walter Win Tun Ang

Dr. Walter Win Tun Ang, MD, is a highly experienced internal medicine physician specializing in primary care, hospitalist medicine, and ambulatory healthcare. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine in Yangon, Myanmar, and completed a comprehensive rotating internship before relocating to the United States for advanced training.

Dr. Ang completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine–Queens Hospital Center and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Board-certified in Internal Medicine since 2007 and re-certified in 2018, he brings decades of experience delivering high-quality inpatient and outpatient care.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ang has served as a hospitalist and nocturnist with leading healthcare organizations such as Envision Healthcare, Integrity Locums, and LocumTenens.com. His hospital affiliations across Florida include Ascension Sacred Heart, HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, and Capital Regional Medical Center, where he has been recognized for his dedication to patient-centered care.

A proud member of the Florida Medical Association, Dr. Ang now sees patients at Island Doctors' Beville Road clinic in Volusia County. He remains committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based internal medicine services to the local community.
