If your beverage of choice is not already water then perhaps it should be. Up to 60 percent of an adult human body is comprised of water. Fluid courses through our arteries and veins and the bulk of all of our organs are composed of water. When you hydrate with water your body does not have to digest and process any additional calories. Providing water to your system helps flush out toxins and cellular waste. Your organs and tissues rebuild creating a healthy internal environment. Next time you go to grab a drink, remember that drink actually becomes you. Why not make that drink pure spring water?
