Health can be compared to The State of the Union Address for your body. It is the current condition of how your body is functioning and what steps you need to take to keep running optimally. Health can sometimes be overlooked as something you have no control over. This could not be any further from the truth. It is important to do frequent check ins with yourself to see how you are feeling both mentally and physically. Dietary changes can make a significant difference as well as movement.
