Cauliflower Pizza Crust

 If you love pizza this is going to be your new favorite recipe.  This healthier, alternative crust is so satisfying and only 3 ingredients.  We recommend squeezing out the cauliflower after its been riced.  This will remove some of that cauliflower taste so that your crust can take on more flavors from the cheese and seasonings.  It will also make for a crispier crust. Of course, make sure you get creative with all your favorite toppings.  We stuck to tradition pepperoni and cheese but feel free to add some fresh basil, fresh vegetables, or a different protein like chicken.  To get the full recipe and nutrition info click here.
