One of the great benefits tai chi has to offer is better balance! Balance is something we can all give attention to no matter what age.  With slow intentional movements, the postures teach us how to gain stability and confidence.  Did you know our classrooms offer chairs to aid our practice?  We use chairs to help us while balancing on one foot and for rest between postures if needed.  If balance is something you need to work on, call (904) 540-8257 or email kmonahan@islanddoctors.com for more information and to register for these classes.
